PWM Interface Module
The PWM Interface Module is predicated on RCG proprietary PWM technology and can manage a combination of sensor inputs. The PWM Interface Module utilizes a common platform that can be customized to each customer’s specific requirements. RCG’s PWM controls is ideal for any modulation application with multiple sensor or relay inputs.
Modulating Temperature Control (MTC)
The MTC controls satisfy the market requirement for a single temperature input control to modulate a blower utilizing PWM technology. The MTC controls are ideal for commercial cooking, direct heating and IR burner applications.
RCG Outdoor Control System (ROCS)
The ROCS system utilizes a thermocouple for fast and reliable flame-sense and a Hot Surface Igniter (HSI) to optimize burner ignition in the harsh outdoor conditions.
- Control Module: Potted to protect against moisture
- Thermocouple: Provides a stable and reliable flame-sensing
- Hot Surface Igniter: Provides a large ignition surface
- Burner Ignition: Direct Burner Ignition or Pilot Burner Ignition
- Power Source: 12vdc or 24vac
Infrared (IR) Burner Controls
The IR series is a common platform designed specifically for Infrared burners and heaters. The optional remote spark module provides proper ignition on large burner surfaces.

- Burner Ignition: Direct Burner Ignition or Pilot Burner Ignition
- Power Source: 12vdc, 24vac, 110vac or 220vac
